Product Description

Hump Magnet Separators come in Hump and Half-Hump housings designed for installation in enclosed flow lines or on processing equipment. Housings handle gravity, the angled shape directs the product flow into the magnetic field, helps prevent build-up and bridging, and also breaks up clumps of product for increased protection against entrapped ferrous debris, to improve efficiency of separator. Half-Hump Magnets are used where Hump Magnets will not fit because of height restrictions.

Product Parameters

1. Offset design breaks up clumps and directs material into magnetic field.
2. Select double or single hump housings sized and outfitted to your specs.
3. Made from rare earth magnet or ferrite magnet as customer's request.
4. Hinged plate magnets swing open for quick manual cleaning, to reduce cleaning time and labor.
5. The magnetic strength is 4000Gauss according to normal design, and could up to 10,000-12,000Gauss as customer's request.
6. The angle shape directs the material flow into the magnetic field and prevent building up and bridging, and also break up clumps of product to improve efficiency of separator.

How to do cleaning?
In order to ensure perfect performance, it has to check periodically. Once it need to be cleaned, release latch and do the wiping. Use extreme caution and wear gloves during the process.
